Are there any fees or commissions charged by TermlyPlan.com?
No for buyers, TermlyPlan does not charge buyers any fees or commissions to use the platform. However, for sellers, we have free and on-time paid listing subscription packages. So, technically, sellers can still list their products on the marketplace for free. We also charge sellers sales commission for every sale, ranging from 25% to 40% depending on the seller’s listing subscription plan. There are no hidden fees involved. How does the product listing process work on TermlyPlan.com?
First, create an account on TermlyPlan.com. To list your Lesson Plans or any Teaching Resources, click “+Add Product” from the menu, then upload preview image(s), give your product a title, set the price, upload your product, add a description, and click on “Submit Listing“, then you need to select a listing subscription package, select from either the Free Basic Package or any of the On-time paid Standard and Premium Package, and your product will be live on our marketplace.
How are payments handled between buyers and sellers?
Buyers pay TermlyPlan in advance. We then hold the money secured in escrow account and when an order is successfully delivered and completed, sellers receive either 75%, 70% or 60% of the total order value depending on their listing subscription package: Premium Plan, Standard Plan or the Free Basic Plan respectively.
What happens after I list my product?
Your products become available for purchase on our marketplace after listing, you’ll start receiving orders and messages of inquiries from potential buyers via our internal built-in message system. For every order place for your product, you will receive email notification. And you don’t need to lift a finger about order delivery as TermlyPlan will handle that on your behalf. TermlyPlan handles payment processing and order delivery on behalf of sellers, which is why sellers are required to upload their products during product listing.
How can I edit my product listing details?
Yes, to edit any listing, go to your Account > Listings > and click on the edit button (the pencil on square icon) to edit the listing, and when you are done, click “Save Changes“. All listings, whether listed through the Free Basic Package or the paid standard or premium have no expiry dates.
How long does it take for a listed product to be visible to buyers?
Your product will be visible to buyers immediately it is approved by the support team, with is usually withing 24 hours. You start receiving orders and inquiries from potential buyers right after your listing is live.
What if I am not satisfied with the seller?
Should you have any issues with a seller resulting from an order, please keep in mind that there is a grace period of 3 days after an order has been marked “Processing”. During this time, we can cancel the order for you. Once this period ends, the seller is able to withdraw payment for the order, and cancellation will be subject to the seller’s cooperation.
